First movie of the year: Les Misèrables. The 3rd remake i’ve watched and the story still managed to capture my heart, once again proving to be a timeless classic. A beautiful testament to the strength of the human spirit..heartbreakingly stunning. Great cast & impressive cinematography. Hats off to Tom Hooper for this truly amazing film and to Hugh Jackman for a spectacular performance.
Reading ‘The Merchant of Venice’ to sate my incredible hunger for literature..and a side of GJ’s cinnamon latte to quench my thirst.
Friday night at the Empire Cinema: ‘Life of Pi’. Beautiful & captivating story..and the cinematography is just breathtaking. To sum up a description of the film in my own words; An inspiring story about a young man’s survival in the open water and an unlikely bond he had formed with a tiger he came to acknowledge in his fierce struggle to cling on for dear life..enjoy the movie! :) #EndLongInstaCaption #LifeOfPi
Breaking Dawn’s Premiere at Times Cineplex & a nightcap at CB. The movie’s amazing! I’m not much of a Twilight fan but this finale was truly impressive! I was literally sitting on the edge of my seat towards the film’s climax..so get off your high horse, jump off the Twilight Hatewagon and just give this one a watch.
